In your Invoca reports, you might notice that the length of your call recording and the reported "Connect Duration" don't always line up. This is because call recordings start when a call is picked up at the destination phone number, introducing a slight delay. We round that delay to the nearest second, which sometimes causes these durations to not quite line up.
