Use the Calls by Hour Report! One of my favorites.
- Click on Reports on the left-hand side navigation
- Scroll down until you find the "Calls by Hour" report, select it
- Click on the blue box with the + and select a marketing data point to sort the calls by
- Select a date range or a signal day
TIP: If you want to see the time of day that your "Appointment Set" fires, select the blue box with the + that is next to the 9-5 time box, this will launch a filter pop-up. Scroll down and select "Signals". Another pop-up will enable you to select your desired signal on the left and "yes" on the right. Click "apply".
The results will display calls that met that signal over a 24-hour period.
