You use Invoca to track and learn from your phone calls, but exactly what data can you capture from those calls? Broadly, this data falls into three categories:

  • Marketing Data from your callers’ browser session or offline data, which Invoca ties to your phone call conversions.
  • Your callers’ demographic data (when available), such as name, gender, location, and household income, using Enhanced Caller Profiles.
  • Signal insights, including indicators of your qualified phone calls as well as the events that take place during your phone calls.

For more information on these types of data, follow the links in the bullet points above. Once collected, you can view this data in your Invoca reports. And if you'd like a deep-dive on all the data contained in your Invoca account, take a look at our article Understanding your Transactions Details Report: Column definitions.

You can also set up Invoca to redact certain protected information from your phone call recordings and transcripts, such as Payment Card Industry (PCI) data.
