As a digital marketer, you’re used to using a lot of different tools to make your workday hum, and you need them all to play nicely together. Your Invoca account is well equipped for those needs, featuring powerful integrations with popular marketing tools like Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Facebook, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and dozens more, plus the flexibility to build new integrations with nearly any system you might use.

What you can accomplish when you integrate your marketing stack with Invoca

The most valuable data you collect with Invoca — such as marketing attribution, Signals tracking the events that take place on your phone calls, and other call data — shouldn’t stay siloed there. Likewise, you can leverage data from your other marketing systems to better segment and analyze the types of calls, callers, and conversions in Invoca.

At a high level, most integration use cases are based on attribution or audiences. Attribution is all about understanding the channels, campaigns, ads, copy, calls-to-action, and keyword bids that are performing, so you can more intelligently allocate your budgets and optimize your spend. Segmenting your calls and callers is all about getting to know your consumers and personalizing the experience to deliver the next best engagement. Here are a few real-world examples of what you can do when your Invoca account is connected to your other marketing tools:
 

  • Pull Google Ads reports with Invoca data, featuring timely, accurate numbers for your cost per call and cost per conversion calculations, as well as the keyword that drove each phone call.
  • Recognize when a customer has made a purchase over the phone, then automatically add that customer to an audience in Facebook and easily target lookalikes.
  • If a caller is deemed a qualified buyer, but didn’t complete their purchase, send the data to your DMP and target the qualified buyer with a promotion to close the deal.
  • Report the salesperson associated with a closed/won Opportunity from Salesforce to Invoca for closed-loop conversion reporting.

What integrations are available with Invoca, and how to implement them

Here's a full list of every single app you can integrate with your Invoca account.

You’ll find that this list is split between three types of integrations, called Connect Apps, Certified Integrations, and Custom Integrations.
 

  • Connect Apps are pre-built integrations that require no development knowledge to set up. All you need to do is click through and follow some simple instructions and you’ll be ready to go.
  • Certified Integrations are a bit more involved, requiring some more intimate knowledge of the systems you’re integrating with to configure your settings and make the integration work just right. We still offer fully documented guides for our Certified Integrations with examples, best practices, and sample code, but you’ll have to do a bit more than a few clicks to set them up.
  • Custom Integrations let you connect your Invoca account to any system — including your own internal tools. Using custom webhooks, data deliveries, or Invoca APIs, you can build your own integrations to export data from your Invoca account.
