The holidays are coming! How do you adapt to changes in business hours and demand?

Hello Invoca Community! It's that time of year; the Holidays are upon us! For many (and many in this community) it's a busy season that brings with it unique opportunities and challenges. Many of our new customers are often curious about best ways they can prepare for holiday hours.
So our question for you is: What are you doing differently this holiday season?
  • What changes do you make to your Invoca process?
  • How do you set your IVR to route appropriately during holiday hours?
  • Do you change your digital campaigns or website as well, to support?

Q: What are you doing differently this holiday season?
A: This is a unique year because x-mas and New Years are on Weekends where we are already paused. For that reason, we're just remaining paused on the weekend.

Q: How do you set your IVR to route appropriately during holiday hours?
A: No, we simply pause buying and ask partners not t route calls to us during these times. Internally, we do put up an updated Message on our end.

Q: Do you change your digital campaigns or website as well, to support?
A: Yes - we don't actively market when our centers are paused over the holidays.
