Symptoms

Customers would like to have a scheduled report that includes all promo numbers and the associated marketing data to enhance number management. This would provide them with a comprehensive overview of their promotional activities on a regular basis.

Resolution

As the Data Delivery feature is exclusively accessible through call reports, generating a report solely focused on promo numbers is not feasible. Instead,  you can retrieve promo numbers data directly from the platform or utilize the network API.
 

1. Platform
  • In the platform, you can navigate to the "Promo Numbers" page, which will show the list of Invoca numbers the network uses.
    •  Apply a filter to the data by selecting "Number Classification - Static Numbers". This will display the filtered data specifically for Static Numbers
    • You can export it in a CSV file format by clicking the "Export" button on the right-hand side. 
    • For comprehensive instructions on how to export the promotional number report, please refer to this article.
  • Please keep in mind that this report will not include all marketing data applied to each number.

2. Network API 
  • You can utilize the Network API for Promo Numbers to effectively manage promo numbers for a specific campaign. This API offers endpoints for reading, creating, updating, and deleting promo numbers.
  • You will have access to a list of all promotional numbers along with their associated marketing data.
