This can be beneficial to have a holistic view of all of the static promo numbers the network is utilizing. Customers can access detailed information about:

  • Each phone number including its status
  • The associated campaigns
  • The number of calls made in the last 30 days and much more.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the platform and locate the "Promo Numbers" option in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the "+" button and choose "Number Classification."
  3. In the drop-down menu, select "Static Numbers" and click on "Apply."
  4. The page will now display the filtered data, showing only the Static Numbers.
  5. To obtain a CSV file of this data, click on the "Export" button situated on the right-hand side of the page.
  6. The CSV file containing the report will be sent via email to the user for download.

Additional Information

The report provides detailed information about each phone number, including its status and whether marketing data has been applied. However, it does not include a comprehensive list of the applied marketing data. It simply indicates whether the marketing data has been applied or not.
