Is there a way to pull a report that shows the answer rate?

Hi, Michelle! The easiest way to get this data would be to enable our Answered by Agent Signal. This is one out of four Signals that live under our Missed Opportunity umbrella. They use telephonic feedback to determine if a call was answered or not. Feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have questions specific to your network. Thanks!
