How To Capture Microsoft Ads Keywords In Invoca

We recently launched Microsoft Ads and integrated into Invoca. The call data report is showing Bing call data flowing through, however, we do not see the keywords that drove the call. We can observe keywords for Google Ads. Is there a part of the setup that needs to be updated in order to see that information?

Hi @Jfrazier that's a great question! I asked around and this is what I found out: 

Microsoft's landing page URLs do not contain utm_term parameter. To add it, please reference this documentation from Microsoft ads
