Error in creating Invoca Tag for Google Analytics 4 Integration

I am trying to create a new draft in Invoca tag for GA4 Integration. I am following the integration document and pasting the code in the code block. But I am facing this error: "Form errors found below. Please correct before saving."

Code which I am pasting: 

options.integrations.googleAnalytics = true;
return options;

This is as per the document. Please help

This error is likely from a missing comment at the top of the tag settings. All new drafts in the tag require a comment of the changes made.
