We’re pleased to announce some helpful new features that allow for more streamlined ways to share and receive Invoca data via your dashboards as well as two new Beta integrations. Keep reading for all the details.

Scheduled Dashboards

You can now schedule the dashboards you create to be sent as a PDF via email. This functions similarly to the new scheduled reports functionality. Here are some helpful details:Currently only “My Dashboards” are available to schedule.

  • From the dashboard, the clock icon appears in the upper right that brings up the scheduling popup.
  • Dashboards can be received by both platform and non-platform (guests) recipients.

Shared Dashboards

Dashboards are now easier to share and manage:

  • Streamlined Dashboards: Your dashboards are now simply "Private" and only visible to you or "Shared" with one or more people or groups. The concept of "Published dashboards" has been eliminated. Dashboard creators are the default owners but dashboard ownership can be easily updated.
  • Easier to Edit & Schedule: It now takes fewer clicks for dashboard owners to edit dashboards. All dashboards (not just Private) can now be scheduled for platform users and guests.
  • More Sharing Options: You can share your dashboard with everyone, by role group, or to an individual. Once they are shared you can still easily make changes to shared settings at any time.

New Integrations

We are pleased to announce the Beta period for two new integrations: Piwik Pro and Segment. The best part? Integrations are free of charge during Beta periods so it’s a great way to discover new ways to activate and amplify your Invoca program.

Piwik Pro

Calling all healthcare customers: Piwik Pro is a HIPAA compliant analytics platform that allows healthcare organizations to safely collect marketing data from their websites while still reducing exposure of PHI. This new integration is in Beta and offered to Invoca customers free of charge during the Beta period.

Segment

This new integration marries in-the-moment Invoca call data with Segment's customer profile data so that you get a more complete, holistic view of the caller. With this, you can personalize experiences and create more meaningful interactions. For example, Invoca's call data might uncover that someone is calling from a "Book Now" page on a travel site and that data can be augmented with Segment data that reveals this caller is an international, frequent traveler. This might prompt the travel company to route this caller to a VIP agent who can respond more meaningfully.
