Hello,Some people in our organization have access to the AI summaries, and some do not. We think it may have to do with whether the user is set to observer vs manager. Are there any insights on what's going on here? Thank you
The new AI summary feature is very helpful. What would make it more helpful is if it could be exported along with the rest of the call data for review in a spreadsheet. Is there a way to do this now/or make a feature request for such a thing?
