Some people in our organization have access to the AI summaries, and some do not. We think it may have to do with whether the user is set to observer vs manager. Are there any insights on what's going on here?
If the user is set up as an Observer at the Network level, they should be able to see AI summaries. If they are set up at the Profile level, they cannot. I will email you to review specific users. Thank you!
