Question Variations

  • Can Destinations be turned on for one profile but not another?
  • If Destinations is enabled, will it be enabled for all profiles and campaigns?

Customers with or considering the Destinations feature.

Answer

When the Destinations feature is enabled for your Network, it is done so for all Profiles and Campaigns within the Network. However, in order for a campaign to begin using the Destinations feature, the Destinations settings within that campaign need to be configured and created. For any campaigns that do not complete this step, Destinations effectively remains "turned off." So if you do not wish to use Destinations for certain Profiles, do not create the Destinations settings for any Campaigns under that Profile.
