Want to see records of changes in your Invoca account? Your Change History page keeps an audit trail and log of major activities and changes in your platform. Here are a few examples of actions your Change History tracks (full list below):
 


On your Change History page, you can easily determine who in your organization made a given change, when that change was made, and what the previous state was (in case you'd like to reverse the change). This is useful for administrators on your Invoca account who want to log a full audit of your organization, as well as marketers who want to easily confirm whether a file import or export was successful. 

This Change History feature is available at the Network, Advertiser, and Publisher platform levels.
 

Who can access your Change History page?

Only Super and Manager users in your Invoca accounts have access to your organization’s Change History page. To find your Change History, follow these directions:
 

  1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click Settings, then in the Network section, select Change History. 
  2. Here you’ll see a full stream of Change History events, including when they took place in your account and which user in your organization is responsible for that change.
  3. You can further refine the data in your Change History supported by filtering, search and a date picker to help you to find the information you need when you need to find it. 

 

Which events in my Invoca account are tracked in my Change History page?

Not every single action taking place in your Invoca platform is being tracked in Change History — only important user-driven gestures and Invoca system events are tracked. Here’s a full list of events Change History tracks:

Adding, editing, or deleting any of the following objects:

  • Advertisers
  • Affiliates
  • Campaigns + IVR's
  • Custom Data Fields
  • Direct Promo Numbers
  • Marketing Data Tables
  • RingPools
  • Signals
  • Microsoft Advertising Connect App
  • Facebook Ads Connect App
  • Google Ads Connect App


The completion of any of the following major transactions:

  • File Exports (such as report exports, call downloads, etc.)
  • File Imports (such as Signal File Upload and Custom Data File Upload)
  • Creating or deleting any Invoca API Credentials (Oauth Tokens)


The following Invoca account administrator tasks:

  • Adding or deleting Users
  • Inviting a new user to your account
  • Changing the Email Addresses or username of any user

 

For how long does Change History record my changes?

Change History tracks a 25-month rolling window of data.
