Invoca is adding robust, new trend analysis capabilities to dashboard tiles, enabling you to better track performance over time and against your business goals. You'll be able to:

  • Correlate data to business outcomes, identify patterns, compare trends, and set custom thresholds for insights to optimize digital marketing, call handling, and conversion rates
  • Understand how different aspects of the business are interconnected

There are several new features within these new trend analysis capabilities, so let's dive in.

Adjustable Timeline Charts

This allows you to view data sets tracked over time that are grouped by daily, weekly, or monthly timeframes. This is helpful for measuring seasonal trends, identifying trends over time, and using trends to more accurately predict business needs (like staffing for example).

Dual Y-Axis charts

Compares two separate variables with unique measurements on the same chart. For example, compare agent scorecards vs. conversion rates over time to see if agents who have high call scorecards also have higher call close rates.

Threshold Indicators

Gives you the option to set a visual reference line to measure KPIs. For example, set minimum scorecard expectations, baseline call answer rates or conversion goals.

Additional Dashboard Tile Updates:

  • Trend lines can be added to timeline charts to show trends over time
  • Single-color bar charts eliminate visual distraction and confusion
  • Removal of data labels from chart view makes charts easier to digest and allows users the ability to use rollover option to explore datasets
  • Get deeper clarity by clicking on any bar or line chart to access a report of that data to get immediate context for specific data insights.
