You can now more easily locate the exact points in conversations you'd like to listen to with targeted audio playback. You can access this in the audio timeline (found below the transcript in the call review console) and in-line within the transcript. This feature is available at no additional cost to Signal AI Gold customers using Signal AI Studio.
