The "Review Last Call" feature is for Signal AI Gold customers and works like an "undo" button during the call review process, allowing you to return to the previous call. This is handy if you need to correct or change a call label or just double-check that the call was marked correctly. This is important because mislabeled calls will have a negative effect on Signal accuracy. By labeling calls as accurately as possible you'll improve the data quality used in AI modeling which makes the overall accuracy of the model as strong as possible.
All Signal AI Gold customers will be automatically enabled with this enhancement when it goes live in very early July.
