
The Lead Conversion Dashboard is an auto-generated set of 8 dashboard tiles you can use to measure and compare how efficiently your marketing channels and website pages generate lead calls and your business answers and converts them.

- Compare how efficiently your marketing channels and webpages generate phone leads to understand what’s driving the right types of callers at the highest rates
- Detect issues with your business answering and converting phone leads that are negatively impacting marketing results
What’s new?
- Dashboard template: Dashboard tiles are automatically created for you from an easy-to-use template. Just follow the prompts for selecting Signals for calculating answered, lead, and conversion rates and the data fields to visualize them.
- Marketing channel: This dashboard uses a new “Marketing Channel” field that standardizes disparate marketing medium and marketing source data into channels based on best practices. This new field can also look back historically to report on data captured before the formula field was even created.
- Lead and conversion calculations: In other Invoca dashboards, lead and conversion rate are both calculated against total calls, but in the Lead Conversion Dashboard, lead rate is calculated against total answered calls and conversion rate is calculated against total lead calls. The new data provides a truer comparison of lead and conversion efficiency.
