 Five9 customers can now leverage this easy-to-setup integration to import metadata from Five9 (e.g. agent name, call disposition, hold time, etc.) to the matching record in Invoca.

Benefits

  • Augmenting Invoca call records with accurate and critical data improves call scoring, enables closed-loop reporting, and improves marketing analysis.
  • By importing the metadata directly from Five9, you no longer need to rely on inaccurate “fuzzy match” logic.
  • Customer Action:

    • Setup is easy, simply create a new API token within the Invoca platform. The remaining configuration steps to create, confirm and add connectors to campaigns all happen within Five9. Please refer to the Configuration guide found in the Invoca Academy.
