We have expanded from one voice option (US English with “Julie”) to several additional voice options for English, French Canadian and Spanish. Here are some additional details:
- Our new voices are more human and less robotic sounding
- You can now choose from both male and female voices
- There are a total of 26 voices to choose from when setting up your IVR
