
You can now filter calls by Caller ID directly within the Call Review Console (previously this required using a Call report). This means you can more easily find all calls associated with a particular phone number.

- It’s now faster and easier to surface specific calls from specific phone numbers
- It’s an easy way to find repeat callers and the associated call scores to identify possible pain points in a customer’s journey
