You can now attribute phone leads and conversions from AI search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and iAsk.ai. This means Invoca can track the source of calls back to the specific AI search engine the caller used. 

As AI search engines continue to change consumer behavior, this new attribution channel helps you more accurately prove the business impact of your efforts:

A few key points:

  • This feature is included with dynamic number insertion (DNI) but it does require the tracking of organic traffic sources. For more information, please reach out to your CSM. 
  • For AI search engine driven calls, the marketing medium will be shown as ‘Organic Search’ and the marketing source will list the specific AI engine.
