Signal AI Silver and Gold customers now have the ability to set the expected language of calls to either English, French or Spanish, enabling more accuracy for transcripts in French and Spanish. You have the option to set this preference at the network, profile or campaign level. Here are the use cases for each:

  • Set at the network level if all of your calls are in the same language
  • Set at the profile level if all of your calls to each profile are in the same language
  • Set at the campaign level if your calls will be in more than one language

The key benefits:

  • Improved accuracy for foreign language transcripts
  • A self-service way to configure transcript language
  • Ability to filter and report based on conversation language
