We have built out a process and number for calls that require an interpreter. What will display in AI - is there any type of translation service from voice to txt to see what the conversation was?

Great question! The good news is Invoca can transcribe calls and capture Signal insights in Spanish and French in addition to English. Here is some information on how to set it up: https://community.invoca.com/t5/conversation-analytics/how-to-capture-signal-insights-in-non-english.... If this is for a call already in progress in English and you are adding on a non-English interpreter, the number dialed to bridge to the interpreter would need to be in an Invoca campaign where the language of choice could be selected.
