Invoca networks using affiliate marketing rely on Publishers to host ads. However, you'll want to be able to pick and choose which Publishers you want to do business with before connecting those offers to your Advertisers. After your Publishers have applied to your network, here's how to approve them:

  1. Log in to your Invoca account and click Publishers in the sidebar menu, then select Manage Publishers.
  2. In the Show drop-down menu, select Applied.

  3. For each Publisher, click the Pencil icon. Then, in the Status column, select Approved or Declined. You can also approve or decline several Publishers at once by selecting them in the checkbox column, then clicking the Bulk Icons drop-down menu and selecting Approve or Decline.

    • If you decline a Publisher application, a window prompts you for text to include in your response to the advertiser.
    • When a declined Publisher attempts to log in to your network, they will see a message informing them that they've been declined.
