Symptoms
The Invoca Salesforce Managed package shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to install. When the installation takes longer than 5 minutes, it's likely due to an error while downloading.

Resolution
Search for "Deployment" in your Salesforce Setup, then click "Deployment Status", it's likely there are some errors that you'll need to resolve. This package does require that you have some custom lookup fields available in your instance.
If you see an error such as "Activity.Invoca_Call_Log__c" then this error message is letting you know that you'll need to free up some lookup fields in your Salesforce instance (at least 2 fields for the Activity object) so this package has all the fields that it needs to finish downloading.
Cause
The client's Salesforce Instance does not have enough available resources for the package to install all the components.
