parameter sometimes includes a URL and does not show up at other times?If the "capture organic sources" toggle is on under the Invoca Tag configuration, when this feature is activated and UTM parameters are missing, the utm_medium will be set to "Organic," and the utm_source will be set to the referral domain.
Out-of-session calls may not have UTM data as well. Repeat callers typically indicate that a caller is out of session, possibly calling back from a previously saved number. Another way we identify if a caller is out of session is by checking for duplicate Invoca Unique IDs. These unique IDs are assigned to users to indicate a unique web session.
Due to the nature of the tag, it's not uncommon for a small percentage of calls that are not out of session to not capture the UTM information
