Customers can leverage the Transaction API to access call report data. Within the response, customers can find detailed information about each call, along with its associated data and signals. Certain data entries may display "Many Signals" as the signal name.
 

Answer

Call reports with over 5 "true" signals display "Many Signals" as the value instead of listing all the signals. This is due to a limitation in field storage. However, if the number of signals is 5 or fewer, the API will return the list of signal names separated by commas.
  • "Many Signals" - for over 5 signals
  • Signal names - for 5 or fewer
