Additional Information
Regarding call extensions/call ads, it's important to note that we may not always achieve the "100% match rate" that is frequently advertised. In some instances, we may not receive the gclid from Google for call extension calls.
- There was no click, it was a manually dialed call (usually desktop situations)
- The call duration did not meet the minimum threshold for Google to pass us the gclid (any duration less than 10 seconds might not be long enough)
- The call was not routed through SIP. This might be because the customer did not set up call forwarding in Google for all their ad accounts or due to an issue with the SIP connection (although this is rare). As a fallback, the call was redirected to the Public Switched Telephone Network.
- There may be rare instances where the call details were unavailable in the Google API at the time we pulled (and for the duration of our retry window).
