The level of accuracy achieved will depend on the specific data and parameters provided by the customer when using the signal API.

 For higher accuracy, customers have several options:
  • Scoping down to an advertiser or campaign if you have that data will help improve accuracy.
  • Providing caller ID is recommended, although it's not mandatory. However, the accuracy will be lower if they only provide the start time without the caller ID.
  • Including call duration as a parameter can also enhance accuracy.

For the highest level of accuracy, customers should consider:
  • Providing the call ID or transaction ID in the API
  • Alternatively, if the call ID or transaction ID is not available, they should combine start time, caller ID, and duration. Although we lack data in that area, this combination is likely to result in a very accurate matching.
