Since Google is already reporting call conversion counts on Call Extensions to your Google Ads instance, Invoca
does not report that to Google Ads (to avoid duplication). Invoca does report when a particular outcome is
reported as a “true” signal on a call that originates from a Google Call Extension.
Examples:
Your customer places a phone call to a Google Call
Extension
Google reports the call conversion to your Google
ads account. Invoca reports the phone call event in
Invoca and attributes that to a Google Call Extension.
An Invoca signal is scored as true (i.e. “Appointment
Scheduled”)
Invoca reports the signal as True in Invoca reporting
and reports a conversion to your Google Ads account
for the corresponding signal, identifying that the call
originated from a Call Extension.
Example conversion in Google Ads:
“Appointment Scheduled (call extensions)”
