Applies To

Clients wishing to use APIs to edit or retrieve specific call records

Answer

For an API call to identify a specific record, it must specify one of:

  1. Invoca Call Record ID
  2. Transaction ID
  3. Call Start Time AND ONE OR MORE OF:
    1. Calling Phone Number (recommended)
    2. Duration in Seconds

 

Additional Information

  1. Reading a record does not require specification:
    1. Transaction API allows general queries, returning multiple records
  2. Editing a record requires specification
    1. These fields are required for Signal API
