Clients wishing to use APIs to edit or retrieve specific call records
Answer
For an API call to identify a specific record, it must specify one of:
- Invoca Call Record ID
- Transaction ID
- Call Start Time AND ONE OR MORE OF:
- Calling Phone Number (recommended)
- Duration in Seconds
Additional Information
- Reading a record does not require specification:
- Transaction API allows general queries, returning multiple records
- Editing a record requires specification
- These fields are required for Signal API
