Answer
There will be 3 total attempts in one minute intervals. If the webhook fails after the 3rd attempt (i.e. 3 minutes later), it will stop retrying that transaction and move to the next one.
Additional Information
In previous versions before v.5.5, there were 10 retry attempts spaced at different intervals up to 36 hours (i.e. 1 minute, 5 minute, 10 minute, 15 minute, 30 minute, 60 minute, 120 minute, 240 minute, 480 minute, 960 minute)
