How does resetting the Attribution Cache impact the customer journey?
Data collection will start fresh if any of the parameter names are present in the URL query string when the Invoca Tag loads on your webpage. This can be helpful if multiple visits lead up to a phone call, particularly if “Last” is chosen as the attribution model for marketing campaign data.
For example, if the second page of the customer journey contains url parameters listed in the UI to reset (i.e. utm_source, utm_medium), the entire attribution will reset.
It's best to test with and without parameters in order to see how the calling pages and landing pages are populated in Invoca reports.
