Answer

When a signal has both keypress/rules applied, all conditions must be met for the signal to be applied to the call record. 


Additional Information

For example, if a call support line is tied to keypress 1 and the minimum call duration is 30 seconds, both boxes will need to be checked before the signal applies as true in the Invoca reports.
