Question Variations

When checking a condition using custom data in Call Treatment, can I set expressions other than 'equals(=)' for the comparison?

Answer

You can utilize custom marketing data in a Call Treatment to verify a condition. Simply click 'Check a Condition' > 'Add Condition' > 'Custom Fields' and choose the data you want.

Once the data is selected, the default expression will be added as follow:


While the 'equals' is the comparison operator by default, you can utilize other operators listed below by modifying the symbol '=' in the input field.


 

Additional Information

Please remember to add quotation marks when adding string type values for equals, not equals, and contains. Do not use them when adding number type values.
