  • Is Custom Code Needed to Route to Different Campaigns?
  • Can the Invoca Campaign ID be Set by a Lookup Table?

Applies To

Customers who want to route to different campaigns based on specified conditions.

Answer

Lookup Tables cannot be used to set the Campaign ID and route to a campaign other than the one set as the default campaign in the Invoca Tag Wizard. Lookup Tables assume the campaign that was identified by the Tag and can be leveraged for specific call routing within the IVR of a campaign.

Additional Information

To route to different campaigns using the Campaign ID, custom code needs to be used. Speak to your CSM about your technical support options in assisting with custom code.
