You can handle all billing and payment for your Invoca account through your Invoca billing portal (http://billing.invoca.com).
Log in to your billing portal using the email address found in your most recent Invoca invoice. If you need to add a new billing contact to your Invoca account, update your billing contact information, or add a new contact to receive your Invoca invoices, please contact Invoca Billing Support at billing@invoca.com, or (805) 880-7713.
Here's a list of things you can do in your billing portal:
Log in to your Invoca billing portal, then click Payments at the top of your dashboard. Click Make a Payment to view the invoice number and outstanding balance on your current invoices, and follow the instructions to pay that invoice. You can also follow these same instructions to pay your full account balance.
At this time, we only accept payments on a full invoice or account balance through the Invoca billing portal. If you want to discuss a partial payment or a payment toward your account, contact Invoca Billing Support at billing@invoca.com, or (805) 880-7713.
Within your billing portal, you can also add, remove, or make default a credit card to use for paying your Invoca invoices. Here's how:
Log in to your billing portal, then click Payments at the top of your dashboard. Select the Manage Payment Methods tab. You can see the different payment methods in your billing portal here, and remove any of them, or make them the default payment method for future invoices. To add a new payment method, click + Add New Payment Method.
To view records of your previous payments, log in to your billing portal and click Payments at the top of your dashboard. Then, select the Payment History tab. Here you can browse through each of your payments made.
If you administer more than one Invoca account, you can still manage each of these accounts through the same billing portal. After logging in to your billing portal, click on the arrow next to your email address — you'll find it in the top-right corner of your dashboard. In the drop-down menu that appears, you can swap between different Invoca accounts as you need!
