You can access billing information for your Invoca account on the Billing page. From the Billing page, you can access metrics to show how much your Invoca account is currently being used, view past invoices, and generate reports to show how many phone numbers are used by your Invoca account.

To access your Billing page, log in to your Invoca account and Settings in the sidebar menu. In the network section, select Billing.

The Number Usage Report, Invoices, and Usage Metrics use the same time zone configured by your account.

Usage Metrics

The Billing page provides you up-to-date information related to your bill as well as your current month’s usage of items such as phone numbers and minutes. The Billing page and Usage Metrics are updated nightly and give a snapshot of your usage from the beginning of the invoice period to the previous day.

To review your current usage, navigate to the Account dropdown and select Billing. The Billing page shows the current month by default — if you would like to see data related to prior months, use the Billing Month drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the page to select a month.

On the Billing page you can also find invoices for past bills, including charge details, usage charges, and adjustments. Invoices are only available for months that have already concluded — select which month’s invoice you’d like to view using the Billing Month drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the page.

Number Usage Report

Lastly, the Billing page is home to the Number Usage Report. The Number Usage Report is a real-time dynamic report created upon request — it gives insight into your phone number consumption for a given month. Specifically, this report shows you any promo numbers you have used or are currently using on your account.
