What is Signal AI Studio?
Powered by Invoca’s patented machine learning technology, Signal AI Studio makes it incredibly fast and easy to train custom AI models that accurately capture the data you need from phone conversations to measure and optimize digital marketing and improve contact center and location performance.
Signal AI Studio creates AI signals that answer, with industry-leading accuracy, the two most important questions for measuring and improving digital marketing and agent call handling:

Signal AI Studio Improvements in this Release
Enhancements to Signal AI Studio’s no-code UI make it easy to create custom AI signals that accurately capture the lead intent and conversion outcome of every call. Here’s what’s new in this release:
- Improved AI signal management: The Signal AI Studio UI has been upgraded to simplify managing all your AI signals. It gives you a single location to view information on every AI signal, create new ones, and manage training and deployment.
- More efficient AI signal training: Signal AI Studio now allows you to train multiple AI signals simultaneously on the same set of calls, making training more efficient and even easier to deploy a complete set of caller intent and conversion signals. While new AI signals are being trained, they won’t count against your overall signal allocation until they are deployed. So you can train new AI signals to replace other signals without worrying about signal counts.
- New AI-powered thematic call search: Signal AI Studio’s Thematic Search shows you the most relevant calls to train your Signals with. This significantly speeds the training process by eliminating the need to hunt for calls.
- More transparent accuracy predictions: Invoca’s AI is not a black box—the Signal AI Studio UI displays the predicted accuracy scores of every AI signal and the number of calls users have reviewed.
- Faster Signal deployment: Signal AI Studio monitors AI signal accuracy and lets you know when a signal has passed the necessary threshold for deployment. It’s another way Signal AI Studio takes the guesswork out of training signals.
How Do I Get It?
Signal AI Studio is now available to all Invoca customers who have purchased the Signal AI Gold add-on package. Customers with Signal AI Gold will see Signal AI Studio as a menu option in their platform and can start training new Signals immediately.
If you do not have a Signal AI Gold package and want to take advantage of AI Studio and other advanced features in that package, like AI summaries and Signal AI Discovery, talk to your account team and add these time-saving, revenue-boosting features to your platform. No installation or downtime is required.
