Signal AI Studio is a game-changing upgrade to Invoca’s original Signal AI product that uses Invoca’s new patented machine learning technology to train custom AI Signals more easily and quickly to capture actionable insights from every conversation. Here’s how it works:
- Simply tell it the insight you want to measure
- Review transcribed examples from your business’s calls to say if they fit your insight
- AI learns with each response to create your custom AI model
The result: It used to take about 1,000 calls and a couple of weeks to train Signals but now it only takes about 50 calls and an hour of user review time over 2 days!
