Data Manager provides a centralized place for Google Ads customers to manage connections between a third party (like Invoca!) and Google Ads.
Benefits:
- Customers will see far fewer auth issues because Data Manager connections are not linked to a specific Google User account
- If the user leaves the company or their access to the Google Ads account is revoked or they reset their password, the connection between Invoca and Google Ads will remain intact!
Customer Action
- The process to integrate Google Ads remains the same
- Customers click the tile in the Invoca UI and follow the authorization steps
- If the user has Admin access to the Google Ads account, we automatically connect using the Data Manager connection
- If the user does not have Admin access, we tie the integration to the specific user’s account (what we’ve historically done)
