It would be super helpful if there was an option to export transcripts into Excel/csv for reporting purposes. It's awesome to be able to run a report using the global transcript feature, however if you extract the report you only get the data behind the call, but not what was said. Please consider adding this as a future enhancement as sometimes the AI doesn't always accurately capture what was spoken so being able to see that in one Excel could be useful to some of us.
