Objective

Determine whether the phone call was generated by a user visiting a webpage with the Invoca tag or by dialing one of the static Invoca promotional numbers.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Calls detail report

  2. Locate the call to review 
  3. Locate the column called “Media Type”
  4. If “Media Type” is “Pooling”, the phone call originated from the website, as one of the Invoca ringpool numbers was dialed
  5. If the “Media Type” is anything other than “Pooling”, the phone call originated from a static phone number

Additional Information

  • If you do not see "Media Type", select "Edit Columns" to expose the field in reporting.
