Objective
Customer is requesting to change the number preference for a Destination Ringpool from Toll-Free to Local or vice versa

Number preference (toll free & Local)
Procedure
- Go to destinations
- Ignore destination (Note destination phone number)
- Go to Ingored list & Delete the Ringpool/Destination
- Go to Active tab & Import new file
- Complete file template & upload
- Destination Ringpool should then be generated
- NOTE: Name of Ringpool may need to be edited to match destination name
Additional Information
The import destination feature is also the only place to manage the Ringpool limit within the state lines
