Objective

When an update is made to an IdP certificate, the update needs to be applied to the Invoca network as well for consistency purposes.

Applies To

  • SAML
  • SSO

Procedure

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request the IdP certificate update and provide them the following: 
  • Date certificate needs to be updated
  • Attachment of New IdP Certificate
*Please note, there is a 3-5 day turn around time to complete the IdP certificate change request.
