Salesforce Sales Cloud managed package

Procedure

 
  1. Navigate to your Invoca network
  2. Click on the Integrations tile on the left-side panel in your Invoca network
  3. Select 'Manage Integrations'
  4. Click on the app called 'Custom Webhooks'
  5. Search and click on the Salesforce webhook(s) name: "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel pretransfer" and/or "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel"
  6. Click on the 'Deliveries' tab to see the API requests to Salesforce.
  7. From here you'll be able to click on the Transaction ID row item to expand and view the API request and response.

Additional Information

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud can be integrated on the Network level or the Profile level so it's best to check both (if applicable).
  • If the package is configured to create Leads there will be two webhooks titled: "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel pretransfer" & "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel"
  • If the package is configured to only match to objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Opportunities) there will be one webhook titled: "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel"
