Procedure
- Navigate to your Invoca network
- Click on the Integrations tile on the left-side panel in your Invoca network
- Select 'Manage Integrations'
- Click on the app called 'Custom Webhooks'
- Search and click on the Salesforce webhook(s) name: "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel pretransfer" and/or "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel"
- Click on the 'Deliveries' tab to see the API requests to Salesforce.
- From here you'll be able to click on the Transaction ID row item to expand and view the API request and response.
Additional Information
- Salesforce Sales Cloud can be integrated on the Network level or the Profile level so it's best to check both (if applicable).
- If the package is configured to create Leads there will be two webhooks titled: "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel pretransfer" & "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel"
- If the package is configured to only match to objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Opportunities) there will be one webhook titled: "Salesforce Enterprise Integration Pixel"
