Objective

Ensure that Invoca call data is attached to Salesforce lead records.

Procedure

First, check that the desired data points are being sent to Salesforce in a delivery. This can be found in the Salesforce webhook's deliveries page, or within a Kibana search.


The data will either be sent as a "Business Object", or a "Customer String. The business objects and customer strings have numbers assigned to them as well. For example "customer.string.9" or "customer.business.object_2".


This customer string or business object will then need to be configured in Salesforce Matching Logic settings.


Here is an example where "Invoca Calling Page is being sent as Customer String 10:



Since Invoca Calling age URL is being sent as Customer String 10, the setting for it within Salesforce Matching Logic will need to be updated from Customer Business Object to Customer String 10. The box that needs to be updated is highlighted in red in the photo below. Once it is set to Customer String 10, it will then attach to lead records.
