Invoca doesn't retain all of your data indefinitely. The table below shows which kinds of data we keep, and for how long.
If your business needs to maintain all of your historical call information, you should consider backing up your reporting. There are a couple of different ways you can accomplish that:
Additionally, if your business reports sales or other types of post-call events using Signals, you should be mindful to do so within the 18 month time limit.

Marketing data from browser sessions that didn't result in a phone call | Stored for 72 hours by Invoca. Depending on your attribution window settings, cookie data may be stored longer locally. |
Pulling down transactions from the Transactions API | Calls that occurred less than 25 months ago |
Applying corrections, sales or signals to existing calls | Call must have occurred in the last 18 months |
Repeat Caller information for use in payouts and call routing and bundled destination selection | Previous call must have occurred in the last 12 months |
